Places to stay for surgery in Oklahoma?
There's a "sleep inn" there in Edmond that looks pretty good. I had my surgery there about a week and a half ago but I stayed at the Sleep Inn on classen (about 10 minutes drive from the hospital in Edmond). I stayed at the Classen one just becsue it was close to Penn Square Mall and lots of shopping nearby. (not to mention, it's pretty new.)
that's just my opinion, but those locations try to save you some money...

Check with your patient advocate as well. They keep a list of local hotels that are recommended for WW patients and families all that are very affordable and comfortable. There are several in Edmond along Broadway that are exceptional. They should be able to fax or email you the list so that you can make the appropriate preparations.

We stayed at the Sleep Inn on Broadway for my daughter's checkup and my preops. They give a discount for Foundation Bariactric. Nice rooms, comfy beds. Reg rate is 99 per night, med discount is $81. We will be staying there from Tues through Fri this week. Indoor pool for those who can enjoy the pool. Good buffet breakfast for those who may be with you.
