So glad to hear you're doing well again!  I was hoping that it was going to be something small yet easy to cure!  You gotta watch those fluids especially since it's like a hundred degrees out there! T.

I am so glad you are okay.  I was worried about you.  I am drinking like crazy now so the same thing won't happen to me.

I am so glad you are better.  It is amazing how fast a body can dehydrate.  I am going to take this also as a lesson to me to get tha****er in.  I am still struggling with my daily intake and I will do better so I don't run into any problems after surgery.  This is definitely a great group of people.  Take care of yourself and drink, drink, drink. Hey Kim, glad you are doing better, and approaching the perky level again.....I couldn't imagine this group without your perkiness!! As you know, I don't have any problems getting fluids in, and in part it is because I focus on drinking more than eating, even now that I can eat. I start the day with a 32 oz bottle of water, and I don't eat until that is gone (around 9:00-9:30) - It helps that my stomach won't let me eat early in the morning!! - I start the next 32 oz one hour after I am done eating breakfast and I don't eat the next meal until half of that is gone. I finish the rest of that 32 oz one hour after lunch, and I start another 32 oz shortly before I leave from work, and I work on that for the rest of the day, taking a break to allow for dinner. This totals to 96 oz/day. On the week-ends I change it up a bit, as we discussed yesterday, but I still get at least 64 oz of water per day.  This is a bit strict maybe, but I got used to it and now I need all tha****er, and I think it helps with hunger control. I drink plain water because it's all I like, but it can be Propel, Crystal Light, or a combo all that is considerd water. Please, please keep drinking....during this heat it is very crucial (more than food), especially if you exercise - let me know if you have any question or if I can help in any way - a big hug...Anna

Hey Glittery Sista!!  I'm glad you are feeling a bit better this morning!!  Water Water Water girlfriend!!  It is going to take a couple days to get back in the saddle strength wise so please take it easy!!  Hopefully I will still see you (in the shade of course) Monday evening.  If all goes well I will be able to make it up there with Denise! I am getting excited about starting work again!  Remind me of that later when I start complaining though!!  Specifically when I have to go to bed EARLY to be able to make it across town to be there at 6am in the morning!!  Good thing I am a morning person!! LOL Stay inside today and rest and drink and rest and drink.  Love ya girl!!
