Based on some of the offers I got, quite a bit. One of our better clients was a local, uh (what is the word for male madam?), not a pimp cause he had his own house. Some of his better clients were also our better clients-essentially we had the same client base-Okie businessman money. And our bank-Penn Square, of course.
Now, I became an accountant in the banking industry, a later a Sarbane's Oxley compliance manager-but thanks to the good old boys by the time I got to college I knew there was often a big difference between what they say in the books and what goes on in business. I think that's why I liked accounting-it was pretty cut and dried as to what was ok and what was not, or at least until Enron...
