Five ways my life has changed - please share yours!

You are another inspiring person! I am so into walking and I feel that my next thing should be running, but believe it or not, it is something that I am leery of doing because of having had bad knees for so long. But I have this feeling of wanting to fly and since I can't actually fly, lol, running is a close second.
I am just about at goal so I am starting to work on maintenance and dealing with that "fix". I have been doing a lot of reading to re-train my brain that I don't "need" food other than to live. I want to break that thought process and it's hard but I feel (for me) it is the key to long term success and I will do my darndest to never ever go back to the weight I was.

Hi Sue.
1. Significantly less pain in knee, feet and lower back.
2. Sleep much better.
3. Go out in public places far more often.
4. Elevated energy.
5. Closer to my husband (& the Pupster-
) more than ever because I see how much he is supporting the lifestyle that has to go along with WLS. Beneficial to us all.

1: My diebetes is GONE!
2: My high blood pressure is GONE!
3: My asthma symptoms are GONE!
4: I can not fit into a restaurant booth!
5: I can now buy clothes in a store that is not "Big & Tall"!
6: I can walk long distances - without a cane!
7: I have ton's of energy!
8: I can do hard physical work again - at age 63!!
9: I am going camping with my grandchildren . . . in a tent!!
10: My seat belt fit's . . . with room to spare!
I could go on all day! Blessings!
