Hey Tina, Hang in there! Your scale will move again s long as you are following the rules. Are you exercising? (move to lose ) How is your water in protein intake? It is hard to see the scale staying the same when you are taking in so little - you are thinking HOW on earth is this possible I had my scale stay the 'same' 3 x during my journey so far. It happens. You are probably losing inches - Have you measured yourself? If you haven't start now and do it monthly! You will be happy you did. (You looked great the at the meeting) hugs, Britt

Nothing - tastes as good as it feels -to be at my ideal weight :)

Tina, Don't worry...the same thing happened to me..I had a big stall about 4 weeks after my surgery....I did find that upping the water and eating a little more helped...weird or what?  Hang in there...and keep us updated. Rosemary

Thank you for your inspiring words. I have lost 34 pounds. I am very happy that I have lost this weight and thank God every day for this tool that he has given me, but I just cannot help but feel as though I am going to fail again. Congratulations on your recent surgery  and thank you again for your inspiring word. Hugz Tina
