Hi Everyone,
I am 6 months out and I am wondering about how many calories does everyone eat during the day. Is there a set range? I just want to know to see where I am fitting in.

7 weeks out this past Tues. I have been eating between 850 & 950. That was until I had visit w/ my doc. He wants me to up calories to 1000-12000! I can't for the life of me see how that is even possible, but that's what he told me to do. I have also been having 50 grams of protein and now have to increase that to 60 -80 grams. Again, not sure how, but will try.
I am almost 9 weeks out and I am lucky if I can get in 800 cal a day. My daughter was told the same thing though by Dr. C when she was in for her 3 month check up. To increase her calories and protein. The protein isn't as hard to get in as the calories. Two shakes give us 60 gm so easy enough to add another shake if necessary.
Sounds like your doing great with your weight loss. Keep up the great work. Nice to see someone
else from the southern tier. Not to many of us on here. I love to shop in Lakewood but get lost
every time going through Jamestown.......lol.

Thanks everyone for their responses. I guess I am fitting right in. My lowest is 400 and my highest has been 700. Good I am on track!!
