Rachelle, Thank you so much for those kind words, so many people have inspired me here as well and it is nice to know that I can pass that on!  If you need anything hun please feel free to email me!  It is good to hear that you are taking the tool seriously! That is my only regret, that I did not work the tool correctly right from the beginning. I wish you ALL the best hun!

Thanks for your input, Stacy. Wow...goal in 9 months.  You look fabulous, btw.   I do look at before and afters to see what it possible.  it is quite inspiring to do.  I also look at my sister and get an idea from that.  She is much smaller than I can ever hope to be.  But we do look alot alike even though she is 11 y ears younger.  That gives me a little bit of a clue what I might look like.

It may not sound it from my original post, but my goal here is better health.  I'm only 43 and already have heart disease (I had a heart attack last year).

I know what I'll look like - sort of- because I have not always be overweight. I have to take into consideration that I'm not anywhere as young as I was and there will be some gravity falling taking place. My body was slowly letting me down (actually vice-versa) and although being thinner is a nice  bi - product, the relief of pain in my knees and back is an immeasurable benefit. I'm very realistic about the outcome. I'm way too old to ever be in a bikini again and that's OK. I just want to be presentable in my own skin and clothes. You are going to be beautiful anyhow because I can tell that you are already on the "inside." Take Care~~ Diane

Hey Diane,

LOL on the gravity thing.  I know I have plenty of that action going on.

I'm really looking forward to my knees and ankle feeling better.  Arthritis in both knees and bursitis in the ankle...all caused by my weight.  It  will be a happy day when I can walk without pain and keep up with my partner again.
