Sounds great hun and I love when I can add different things to my workout, I think out bodies need that from time to time....

hi debra,
well the scale is moving... last monday i was 163 pounds today the scale said 157 pounds.. woo hoo...
1.my goal is step on the scale once a week on a monday morning.
2. go to the hospital gym like always on tues and thurs. thats the days the trainer gave me so far. i do want more days.
3. try and walk out side if nice on my off days of the gym if bad weather then my treadmill

Congrats on the scale moving again....
I know that feels so great! I am still waiting to see the scale move, I know adding more weights will make my weight go up but it should start to come down after a while! Just hard to know your doing the right things and nothing is moving though I can tell from my clothes that things are changing.
