I've increased my walking to 5 miles and 3 miles on alternate days.   I have started toying with the weights again and tonight I will start it as part of my program. I'm really doing a lot of physical out door work and that feels great. That's all folks. Diane~~

Sounds great hun and I love when I can add different things to my workout, I think out bodies need that from time to time....

hi debra, well the scale is moving... last monday i was 163 pounds today the scale said 157 pounds.. woo hoo...  1.my goal is step on the scale once a week on a monday morning. 2. go to the hospital gym like always on tues and thurs. thats the  days the trainer gave me so far. i do want more days.  3. try and walk out side if nice on my off days of the gym if bad weather then my treadmill Anita

Congrats on the scale moving again.... I know that feels so great! I am still waiting to see the scale move, I know adding more weights will make my weight go up but it should start to come down after a while! Just hard to know your doing the right things and nothing is moving though I can tell from my clothes that things are changing.

i'm just doing right and using my tool. it sure is great to have the scale move and its under 160 woo hoo..
