Patricia,
Once you get that cast off there will be NO stopping you.
May your 11 days go quickly! The weights for your arm are great, I just ordered a set and will try some at home.

Hello to all TGIF! I went to the gym all five days this week for a little over one hour. I'm taking off Saturday to take the kids to the zoo. Monday and Tuesday I'm off so I'm thinking I'll take the kids to Dorney Park. The weather is suppose to be nice. Elliptical is getting real boring. Treadmill is boring too! I started riding the spin bike again to change it up. It's been really windy to roller blade. One problem with sit ups. Now that I have no behind I've developed a dry back on my tail bone of my rear end! Geez. When I do sit ups it feels so unconfortable. When I try to use the BALL I feel like I'm not excercising?
I'm right on track this week in preparation for my 15K run in July. . .
Saturday - 6 mile run
Sunday - rest
Monday - 15 minutes cycle, 30 minutes weights, 30 minute walk
Tuesday - 6 mile run
Wednesday - 20 minute swim
Thursday - 3 mile run
Friday - rest
The funny thing is the 3-mile run was harder than the two 6-mile runs earlier in the week. It was a humid day and I just couldn't get my breathing under control. Tomorrow morning, my running group will bump our mileage up to 7 miles since the race is just three weeks away.
