Debi, congrats on not smoking! That's fantastic. I know how hard it is.

I know the sleep study sucks, but at least you got it done. One more thing to cross of your list.

From what I hear, when we're in the hospital, they don't let us sleep much there either!

I just had my sleep study done lastnight. IT SUCKED! I got about 3 hours of sleep and on top of that, the fire alarm went off at 4am and there was no chance I was getting back to sleep! Good thing though, the tech said I did not snore at all so Im hoping th at means I dont have sleep apena...  Debi, congrats on the not smoking!!! I totally know how you feel, its sooo hard but I havent lit up in 2 months and i plan to keep it that way! Just take it all one day at a time... you've come so far already!
