Monday's Exercise Weekly Goals

Yeah the free weights are great, they sure bring the workout up a step that is for sure!  I can start to feel the inches at this point as well. This is almost T.O.M. and I have not gained a lbs so that is a good thing!  Before I would have added about 3-5 lbs this time of month so I guess it is working! Thanks for posting hun
