Ok, I don't get it!!

Ok, I feel very computer challenged at the moment.  I have a new pic I want to use as my avatar, but I can't seem to remember or figure out how to do it.  It keeps telling me it's too big.  My son actually helped me do the other one, and he is in Minnesota right now.  Help????!!!!  

Probably the easiest way to do it is open up your paint and open the picture file.  Click on "Image" then "Stretch & Scew" then shrink it 50% Vertical and Horizontal.  Then resave it

Try that, it's the easiest without getting too high tech :)  Best of luck
