Hi essnce04, I am also new to this forum, I am from Long Island, New York.  I had the lap band surgery on June 5th 2007.  I just have some pain in my left shoulders, everyone says its gas.  Other than that I am doing okay.  Could someone give me some ideas for a good protein powder that taste really good? Thanks
