Post surgery and overwhelmed

Hi. I've recently had my surgery (gastric bypass), and I feel really overwhelmed. I was discharged from the hospital yesterday so its good to be home, but I don't really have a support system. I don't have any friends and really that was the point o the surgery for me, to change my life. I've been pretty much a shut in and dependant on my parents, but I feel overwhelmed. I know to exercise regularly and what I can and can't eat and how I need to eat certain ways especially with the surgery. I go to and plan to go to my surgeon's support group meetings, but 2 meetings a month just doesn't seem like it would be enough. Has anyone been faced with this situation oor does anyone have any ideas? I usually walk at night because of my social anxiety disorder, and even before the surgery I seemed to lose some weight with my regime. I just feel totally alone and overwhelmed in all this.
