I lost my toolbar!

Does anyone know how to retrieve the toolbar for the emotions--all those cute jumpy people, angels, etc?  If I go other forums here on OH, like "South of the Border." they are there.  but definately not here.  Over the last couple of weeks, I could switch between HTML Editor & text & they'd magically pop up, now they're nowhere to be found. Have you rebooted your computer?

Yup. but after weeks of trying, I just went in to user settings & switched to Text. Amazing how I fixed it right after I asked. Thanks!
