soon to be................................

Just finished all my tests and got all my clearences. I'm hoping to have the bypass within a month. I would welcome anyone out there for support; which is something in my past I have never done. Dr Coopersmith will be doing my surgery I'm just waiting for insurance approval. I am also an ex-lap band patient. I had slipage and they took it out. I'm fed up and can't wait to have a life again

Me too.  I'm also going from band (not slipped--unrelated problem w/esophagus) to RNY.  Hope you get your date soon!
