Well hello Southern Fried Yankee.  NYC is still kicking.  My building is at the heart of the Seaport downtown.  It's an everyday thing for me to step outside around three o clock to take a break.  It's so hard to come back from lunch.  I take walks everyday.  The Puerto Rican day parade is Sunday.  That's fund although I only watch it on TV>  I'm waiting for my kids to be old enough to go.  June 16th they will have a Family day at the seaport w/ Sesame Street Characters.  Oh what fun!  And yes we still have that big hole in the ground.  I can't wait for the WTC to be rebuilt.  I am the junior broker on the property placement for the WTC.
