I watched it.  It was MUCH better than the Brookhaven Hospital show.  I sure hope that fellow makes it!  The only thing that bothered me was a little to much chit-chat between the father son, vis a vis who was going to operate on the husband after the wife had WLS.  But all in all, it think it presented a fair balance of risks vs. benefits.   Very touching to see how a doctor can become attached to a long-term patient.  These are obviously two very experienced doctors, as no other ones would touch the young man who weighed over 600 lbs., but again, I think the risks were presented to him very honestly.  As he said "If I'm gonna die, I'm gonna die trying." It was particularly lovely to see how these young women literally get their lives back!  I loved it when the girl said she went from being an eye-sore to eye-candy!  It took a lot of courage to go and be exposed on t.v. like that, don't you think?  She sure looks great! What does everyone else think?

I LIKED IT MUCH BETTER THAN BROOKHAVEN HOSPITAL SHOW ALSO. I'M REALLY CONCERNED ABOUT  THAT FELLOW . I CANT NOT GET UP AND WALK AND THAT IS SOMETHING  THAT IS STRESS, THAT SHOULD BE DONE POST OP. I PRAY FOR HIM.  I AGREE WITH YOU ALSO IT WAS TO MUCH CHIT-CHAT FOR ME TO.  BUT I GUESS SINCE THEY HAVE DONE WLS SO MANY TIMES THEY ARE USE TO THAT.  AS FOR  THE YOUNG LADY SHE LOOKED GREAT. I  THINK I WILL NEED PLASTIC SUGERY ON MY BELLY. I HOPE NOT THOUGH.  I DID TAKE ALOT OF COURAGE TO BE EXPOSED ON TV LIKE THAT, I COMMEND HER. BUT IF ASKED I WOULD DO IT. I CANT WAIT TO FEEL THAT WAY. JUNE 25  IS MY DAY!! CHERI
