Judy Ruth is on the losing side!!
Hi all-
Judy had her surgery this morning. Dr Gagner had told her that she would probably get only the 1st part of the DS but that if he was able, he'd do the full DS. Well, he only did the 1st part because when he got in there, he found a tumor in her stomach and he removed it. He said his initial reaction is that it will be benign but ofcourse now she has to wait to get the results. So she is understandably concerned but in good spirits.
She sounded well and said she wanted ice chips but wasnt cleared for them yet. Well, that is the update tonight.
If you havent already done so, please sign her surgery support page. I am going to print it out to bring for her tomorrow- I know that will make her feel the OH love- I remember how much all of the comments meant to me when I was in the hospital
