Good Morning All I hope you all had a great weekend. I know mine was filled with more house stuff! We installed a new double door in the basement to replace the garage door. Looks awesome but WOW what hard work!  I got hubby up early on Sat morning and we peddled the bikes a little, that was a good workout so that is good. My exercise goals for this week. 1. Keeping my hear rate in the zone for more of my workout on the treadmill at home. 2. Drink ALL my water while working out! OK who is next.

Linda, Hello hun ~hugs~ Good to see you and thanks for your kind words! I noticed that I have to be involved and I did not come this far to not make it to were I want to be. This journey is so hard and it takes so much work. I was letting myself slip and I just have to take back that control, I do not want to ever be back were I was before! Trust me I have had many that inspire me along the way and still do today that is why I love this place and have made an efford to come back more often now, we need to keep each other motivated that is for sure!!!!! I hope to see you more as well hun....Thanks again and have a great day!

Good Evening (now) to you too. I would like to incorporate the stationary bike into my exercise. So today I started out with 20 minutes hoping to increase over the next few weeks. I think that I need to change things up a bit, but in the meantime be mindful of the knee that was operated on last year. I LOVE THIS POST. Diane

Diane, Hun that sounds good to me, I want to do the spinning classes at the gym but I am scared yet! I think I need to be more fit for that.  But changing thing up is a good thing and I have to keep doing that every couple of weeks!  My knees hurt me sometimes as well so I have to be careful to not overdue things also. I do not want have  a problem in the future! Take care and have a great day hun!
