Good Morning Everyone!

It's 7am in the morning and it is like soup outside.  Sooooo I had better go for a walk soon in case the sun decides to come out which will make it doubly unpleasant. Yesterday it felt so great to work hours doing yard work. I even worked on my little pond , which I swore I wouldn't do. It is clean and up and running.  I had water with me at all times and food was just not an issue. I had more energy yesterday than I've had in months. The Nike commercial is so true, "JUST DO IT."  It seems that all you have to do is just dive into a chore or exercise etc.  and the subconscious part of you takes over the reigns. I noticed that a lot this past week. It works everytime. Fake it till you make it. (At least it's been working for me.) Today I have the Bridal Shower at the Chinese Restaurant. It will be interesting to deal with. SO WHAT"S HAPPENING AT YOUR NECK OF THE WOODS? I hope that your weekend is pleasant.  Take Care~~ Diane

Diane, Hello hun ~Hugs~ it is pretty nasty here today as well but no sun....Just sticky warm, damp air! Hubby and I took a early morning bike ride yesterday and WOW that was a good exercise for me, I need to do that more often now once my butt stops hurting from that little seat! Hubby said you can used to it but we will see. Today I am doing some light house work, wash and making some bracelets. I hope your Bridal Shower goes well. Take care

Soupy here in Hamilton, too!  I was up at 6, did 3 loads of laundry, trash cleaned out the fridge and at 7 I went grocery shopping.  Preparing foods for early week; egg salad, chicken salad...  My son went to his dad's yesterday, should be back today.  I'm making him a chicken on the grill with grilled veggies for dinner.  I have stuff I can still do around the yard, too.  I have to plant my White Bleeding Heart today.  I tossed my cheap-o hose out last year (fall), so I should get a new one so I can wash my car.  Man, when your dad writes DIRTY CAR on it, it must be!   LOL  He's such a character! WATER all day long!  (except at meal time and 1 hour before of course)

Ugh, total soup here near Binghamton as well. I had to go to Walmart today as kids needed sandals and swim trunks and I actually got wet from their leaky roof! You are doing awesome, Diane! I am looking forward to that energy surge one day!
