Hi everyone: Thanks for all of the words of support. I am so at peace with my decision.  I have to say that I have heard from many people that know me that I am doing so well that I dont need the surgery.  I researched my decision for years - I am having the surgery on monday and have to wait until 2 pm to get to the hospital- I am dreading the wait but am so excited that this day that I have worked so hard for is finally here!
