Hey there!

Hello to my OH buddies! I haven't been here in ages and I am sure many of you either don't know me or have forgotten me. I just wanted to pop in and say hi.  Deb!  You look awesome!!!!  Congrats! I haven't lost anymore weight...I gained 10 and stopped right there, putting me at a total of -110(lap band).  I have been in a several month slump because of depression.  I am in counseling right now so I can try to get things figured out.  We're supposed to be moving out of state, but we have little motivation to clean up. My husband has an appointment with Dr. Artuso next week to look into the lap band surgery.  I am excited because I am looking forward to my whole family getting in shape.  My boys have found some of my weight.  Hubby and I are going on a cruise in September so I would like to lose 15 pounds.  Hope all are well. Hi Kristine. Nice "meeting" you. I hope everything runs a little bit more smoothly for you and turns out exactly like you want it to be. CONGRATS on your weight loss. Holy Moly - that's great. Kristine, OMG ~hugs~ How have you been hun, it is so good to see you!!! CONGRATS on your weight loss hun, that is just awesome!  I am so sorry to hear about the depression hun but glad you are working on getting it worked out! You will do great I am sure.

Hi Kristine! You have done wonderfully with your lapband! I'm betting the 15 will come off sure enough when some of the stress in your life is reduced and the counseling ill help with htat! And what a motivator- a cruise! Wowsa! How fun! I wish your hubby all the best in his quest! It's is nice to "meet" you and I look forward to getting to know you! Laurie

Hi there!  Welcome back!!  110 with the band!!!!  HOLY MOLY!!!!  YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  You've given me more hope!  I'm closing in on 1/3 of the way to goal with my band at 3 weeks out!
