Weekly Exercise Goals

Hello ~hugs~
I hope you all had a great weekend Mine was a working weekend but on our house so all is good. Back into the groove today!
My goal for exercise this week is:
1. Make sure I get to the gym right after work the 4 days we have left in the week.
2. Treadmill in the morning at home Wed and Fri.
Anyone else want to post theirs?

Hi Debra,
I have been lazy since saturday. we hiked for 80 minutes up and down hill so my back of my legs are sore. but i am being lazy they dont hurt that much i guess. i did walk behind the lawn mower yesterday and walked my moms dog in the woods..
so my goals starting today is
1.do my treadmill 2 miles if not in the gym on my off days
2.tues and thurs i go to the gym
3.do my hand weights
