Weekly Exercise Goals

Hello ~hugs~ I hope you all had a great weekend  Mine was a working weekend but on our house so all is good. Back into the groove today!

My goal for exercise this week is:

1. Make sure I get to the gym right after work the 4 days we have left in the week. 2. Treadmill in the morning at home Wed and Fri. Anyone else want to post theirs?

Hi Debra, I have been lazy since saturday. we hiked for 80 minutes up and down hill so my back of my legs are sore. but i am being lazy they dont hurt that much i guess.  i did walk behind the lawn mower yesterday and walked my moms dog in the woods..  so my goals starting  today is  1.do my treadmill 2 miles  if not in the gym on my off days 2.tues and thurs i go to the gym 3.do my hand weights

hi debra, thanks.. i did walk around the big block today its 1.02 mile its nice outside so i will walk outside when its nice instead of being inside. Anita

I went to the gym on Monday and Tuesday i'm going to try and fit it in when they open first thing this morning!  Tell me if you're going to take the kickboxing class and I'll join you, we keep promising to meet up and that's just not happening! Be Well, ANDI

Today, I walked to work (2.78 miles) and will walk back. Tomorrow, I will walk to work, but have a support meeting in the evening. Thurs, Fri and Sat, I will go to the gym in the morning, but walk back home after work.  I am working Sat to catch up after the holiday weekend. Sue

Hi there. I did my 2 mile walk this morning and I am going again now. I want to learn how to do the whole routine from the DVD that came with the "bean." I already know that it will take time, but that is my goal. Take Care~~ Diane
