OUT OF SHAPE

omg I am so out of shape. I can't beleive how 35lbs can make such a difference. thats waht I gained since last year this time. Yesterday I didd some landscaping planting flowers,and dug up a new bed. Well I was a little soar yesterday night. But today I woke up and could hardly move. can you say out of shape. and to top it all off my 7 month old puppy decided to run out the door. so picture a 240lb women running after mt dog. It must have been a site to see. finally I got to where he was and there was a guy there and I asked him if he saw a dog go by and he said yes but honey are you ok .I was breathing so heavy I could hardly catch my breath. Well finally I got him. My husband pulled up in his truck and we got in thank god because there was noway I was gonna be able to run back to the house becaue it started raining.and as it was I could hardy catch my breath. I can't wait to get this weight off. it even hurts me to bendover.  Well I hope everbody had a nice  holiday weekend. Today I am just chillin. Sheila

It's amazing isn't it?? I to was 30lbs lighter 2 yrs ago and what a difference!! I'm glad to hear you found your puppy! Your time will be here before you know it!! I planted flowers today and did some other gardening....does this mean I'm gonna feel worse tomorrow???
My back is already killing me!!
I meet w/Dr. C tomorrow. I'll let you know how it goes!

hi, Deb Yes you will really feel it tommorw but it will be worth it because it will look pretty. Good luck tommorow.you will like dr caruanna. they don't even weigh you in again or take your blood pressure he doesn't even touch your stomache. but you do have to pay the copay again. i joked around and said that they should charge it dr panamanglor. hAha. Yeah when I talked to Deana I told her I didn't think it was right that we all had to pay another co-pay. I said if your not going to waive the co-pay then Synergy should take off the $20 on our first bottle of vitamins. She said that was a good idea...that she would mention it. I'm sure I'll never see that money again!! I just think that is wrong!!!! I'm going to say something again about it tomorrow.

I'm sore too, and yes, what a difference 30-40 lbs. makes!  I can't wait to see those flowers & tomatoes grow!  I didn't even get in all the flowers 'cause was raining (I did some in the rain, but couldn't see thru my glasses).  So I went & showered & it stopped raining---I am just way too sore to go back out & finish! Wait till we see the results in our gardens and in ourselves! Karen

I know the feeling - except I am over 50 pounds heavier than you.  It is an awful feeling indeed.
