I CAN'T TAKE THIS WAITING!!!

Karen, I sooo understand. My charts were submitted to Excellus last Tuesday, and I haven't heard a single word! It's making me crazy! My dd and I leave tomorrow eve for a trip and won't be home till Monday. As much as I want to call the insurance company to find out once and for all, I'm afraid if it's a denial that it will totally ruin our trip. If I can stand it, I may just let it ride. After calling my center, they said it could be 24 hrs to 10 days. I'll be bald by 10 days!
