Monday Exercise Goals

Morning All ~hugs~ I hope you all had a great weekend Mine was good and feeling good for a Monday so that is all good! My exercise goals for this week are: 1. Start my gym on Wed but taking a kickboxing class on Tues. 2. Still do my treadmill at home in the morings 3X a week. 3. Trying to add extra steps into my day (parking far and walking, doing the stairs more and maybe taking a short walk at lunch after I eat instead of just sitting there chatting with others) Ok I think that is it for this week, as always I will try to improve my eating habits! Ok who is next? Debra P

My goal is to continue what I've been doing which is walking, but I started back at the gym this morning. I did 2.31 miles on the treadmill and some work on my arms and legs. I will walk home from work today which is 2.78 miles. My goal for each day is to do the gym in the morning and some walking in the afternoon/evening. I'm always working on the craving issue and working toward better eating habits. Sue

Exercise goals for the week: Ride bike: 2-3 times this week Gym: Cardio and Weights 4 times this week. I have to start eating better and keep going to the gym. Hope everyone has a great week!

hi debra, my goal is to do my treadmill for 2 miles on mon,wed,friday, and i hope sat, sun my goal is to go to the gym on tues and thursdays like always. i did meet my goal sunday and today and did my treadmill for 2 miles i did try to do jumping jacks today but i felt like where my tummy tuck was like numb. just a weird feeling so i stopped.. i havent done them since school... so i got on my treadmill... yeah.... i will beat this weight.....
