5 days post op!!!!

Okay so I am 5 days post op. On the day of surgery I weighed in at 278.5 and had a bmi of 45.2. I weighed myself today and weigh 260!!!!! Thats 18.5lbs gone in 5 days, WOOOHOOO BABY!!!! My BMI 5 days ago was 45.2 now it's at 42!!!! WOW!!!! So excited!!! Tomorrow I get to start the full liquid stage, excited for that. I have tolerated everything really well so far. Pain is there but not bad at all, def. bareable. Sip, sip, sip. Walk, walk, walk!!! I'M A LOSER BABY I'M A LOSER!!!! Nicole

Hey Nicole!!! I'm so happy for you!!! Congrats on the weight loss ...wow 18.5 lbs ...that was quick huh? If only we could do that without this surgery....lol. I'm glad to hear your feeling good. Keep me posted on your recovery! Are you going to any support group meetings at Synergy? Just curious...because I need to go. Debi

OK so I am 3 days post OP and am not doing bad. I am sleeping a lot because I was not getting any sleep in the hospital. Can they have more things that buzz?? ANyway I am having trouble getting all my liquids down because i am sleeping. Did you have this problem at all? Oh and congrats on weighing yourself and being so successful...I am trying not too so I don't become obsessed...I would and them it would be bad. Anyway just wondering if you had the same problem???
