Cheerio babes!
Hello my sweets! I am doing really good! I am now on the "normal" food kind of diet and am going realllllllly slow. I think think trying new things is fun.
I make sure I am chewing and I already know that Chicken is not for me right now. I am on a FISH kick, lol I am LOVING my mashed steamed broccoli. Wow! I am howevr missing my salads. I am to nervous to try them, lol Cukes are good for me and I love them. I just chew them really well.
I am walking...having more fun. AM colder since surgery...yeah! Means less fat. I am getting some compliments on my weight loss. I am shocked at the scale in my house. I shake it and move it all around and get on and off and it still says I weigh less than I did! OMG, that must mean it is RIGHT!!!! Eeeeks. Who would of thought I would be shaking a scale to see if it was really right for the opposite reason??? LOL I am lighter!
I go get my first fill on the 7th. I cannot wait to get on their scale!
