how long do you wait to hear from the office regarding scheduled tests?

I am having surgery on June 4- I saw the Surgeon on the 8th. I have not heard a word from the office to schedule ultrasounds and my pre op information. I guess I am inpatient- are there any Albany Med post ops that can help me from being worried that I am lost in the shuffle. Thanks Vicki

I'd call the doc and or the hospital! My surgery was soon after my approval. Pre-op stuff was 2 weeks before. Good Luckeroonies!

Vicki, I did not use them but all I can say is it is ok to stay on top of them, I feel they all get so busy and sometimes things get passed over so that would be advice, stay on top of your progress and if you need/want to call then do so. You are the one they are working for and you are paying them I wish you all the best! Debra P
