TODAY's GOAL is....?
Hi All,
I read this quote and it hit home....regarding the goals we all have for ourselves:
"What is not started today is never finished tomorrow."
How true is that??? How many of us have put off till tomorrow what we don't feel like doing today. Be it exercise, carb-control, water drinking, etc.
Let's all post ONE GOAL we will start TODAY and REALLY, REALLY stick to...because as the quote says.....we can't fini**** tomorrow unless we **DO IT** today!!!
My "TODAY" Goal is: to drink the 80 ounces of water I should be drinking.

Okay, I guess my goal for today should be to get my water in....although, here it is 3:10pm and I've only had a cup of decaf tea no other liquids yet...yikes, when you see me tonight at Panera, if I don't have a water bottle beside me YELL AT ME!!!!!
Seriously, I have a very difficult time getting all my liquids in..usually don't get past 40 ounces...omg, any suggestions?
