Hi Debra and all, 1.My goal is to walk/run on my treadmill on my off days of the gym so mon.,wed, fri, sat, sun 2. go to the gym on tue and thurs. so far thats only only days the personal trainer will let me come. he said we will pick up more days down the road. been going since first of april. its for us wls people and its in the hospital.. only $25.00 a month.. 3. try and use my hand weight more often.. anita

Anita, Good luck with your goals hun, that sounds like a great idea and some good goals for the week! I love the idea that you only have to pay $25.00 a month for that gym. Debra P

Chelle, Sounds great hun and thanks for posting. I love the kick boxing and I am thinking on going back to the local place soon or the local gym that offers it as well. Debra P

I have been walking briskly for minimum 2 miles a day, sometimes 3 if possible.(All hills here) I have to not go overboard because of an old torn meniscus knee surgery and painful feet. *********I'm patiently waiting for my "BEAN" exerciser.************* I probably should be forcing myself to do more but I'm counting raking, sweeping and weeding as part of it right now which takes me about 3 hrs. Penny, WOW 2 miles a day! I am doing 1 mile 3x a week and I thought that was good I think you are doing awesome... Ok so what is "BEAN" exerciser???? Debra P
