Monday Exercise Week Goals

Morning All,
~hugs~ Hello my OH family, I wanted to try and get into the habit of posting some weekly exercise goals on Monday Mornings and maybe a follow up or check in on Fridays if that works. Let me know what you all think and is this something you will want to post to? :smile:
This week my exercise goal is:
1. Working myself in my target heart rate zone 3 X this week.
2. Working more with my exercise ball for toning.
OK that is it but that will be enough I am sure.
Also I have another goal that is not related to exercise, I need to get back to waiting to drink after I eat!!!! Getting back to the basics but taking small steps to make sure I GET IT this time.

HI DEBRA...
okay ill come out from lurking and see if i can work on this area which i know i must to maintain my sucess.....
I want to make it to my gym 3 times this week and workout for 1 hour
between stationary bikes, ellipitical and circuit machines!!!
thanks i wouldnt mind setting goals on mondays for my week.

Hello hun ~Hugs~ Yeah you are doing so good and you will be back to Curves before ya know it.
I have a friend that started but found it did not work her good enough to do anything but I have only really heard good things from Curves so I am not sure what she is talking about.

yes I would think the toning is awesome with the machines but maybe she was not working it hard enough or just did not like it.
Hey anytime that makes us toner is a good thing.
I might start at a place local but I am not sure yet, I really like my morning treadmill thing I have going on right now, it seems to be working for me though I do want more soon.

I really love my treadmill as well and it is a space saver and it folds up so I have the room.
I love doing it in the AM and getting it out of the way!
