Has anyone ever been banded or filled by Dr Armando Castro--- Bklyn/Staten Island?

Hello all, I am in the process of joining the "Bandwagon" In the midst of my pre-op jitters I would just like to hear any things (good or bad) about my surgeon Dr. Armando Castro. His associate is Dr. Ferzli out of Staten Island and they operate out of Lutheran Hospital in BK... Any responses will be greatly appreciated.. Thanks in advance!!!

Jump on this bandwagon! I was banded 5 days ago. I LOVE IT!!!!!!! I was nervous as hell, even until they wheeled me in...JUST DO IT! Up and walking soon after surgery, home the next day, raking my little lawn 2 days later, walk walk walk! sip sip sip! Ask me anything!!!!

I cant tell you anything about that perticular doctor but I DID want to tell you Good Luck on your Journery!!!!! Nicole

Hee heee my little Cheri.... I concur what she said! DO IT! It has been the best thing for me! I am on a roll and feeling great. Being banded is a good thing but you will need to learn to eat all over again. the right foods, less food. You can do it!!!!
