Got my Consult Date

Hi, I posted last week that I was getting antsy because I hadn't recieved my consult date from the surgeon's office yet. Well I got the letter in the mail yesterday. YAY! I'm so happy I'm nearly giddy! Turns out there is a team of docs at CNY Bariatric Center and I'm scheduled to meet with Dr. Kim on June 7. I feel as if that will be the first step on the Yellow Brick Road leading to my new life! I've faxed the list of tests I need to my PCP and contacted the psycholgist. I'm lining everything up, hoping this process will just sail along! I love reading about the things going on with folks, whether it be daily victories or occasional struggles...it's so inspiring! Awesome Heather!!! If you need anything, let me know! Tom Griffith was the head shrinker I saw. He's really nice (and nice looking), so it wasn't a bad appt.! Time between now and your surgery date will fly!
