Hi
I was wondering if you eat bread or salads yet-- I had my surgery exactly 1 month after you- o n 4/19 and they told me to wait 4 weeks for bread, pasta, salads. Your meals sound like mine- except I eat regular popsicles. I just started exercising but only walked a mile-- it's great that you can do 3 1/2 miles!!!
Thanks
jackie
