I had my surgery in Montreal with Dr. Gagner but had looked at Mexico options too. I did see a number of posts about this doc, most positive but can't speak from experience. I just wanted to wish you lots of luck with this, hope you get to have your surgery sooner rather than later and I would just suggest you do lots of research before you choose, which it looks like you are doing. GOOD LUCK!!

Until a few weeks ago, Capital Health's website for the Obesity Clinic said there was a 5 year waiting list. Then changed to 10, in actuality, it's more like 25 years.
I waited over 12 years, and no word of anything -- other than to be offered an 'invitation and a chosen patient' to try some weight loss surgery program that costs over $4k out of pocket.
No thanks.
