Been out awhile, how is everyone?

Hi everyone!! I'm starting my journey to my weight loss surgery and will be having RNY.  I'm scheduled for my 1st appointment with Del Sol (Dr. Lara) on June 13th.  Does anyone else out there have Lovelace Health Insurance (the HMO..not medicaid) who has been approved or knows what they want to approve you?  I've enrolled in the bariatric surgery program at southwest Endocrinology which is required and that is a 6-month program. Any advice?   Thanks! Michelle

Hello come join us tomorrow Monday May 5 we have our monthly support group meeting at The Thomas Branigan Library Dresp room B second door when you first come in main door. Robyn one of our group members is leading this meeting and has planned for a guest speaker and she is having a phyiscal trainer as a guest, should be very informative!!!! I have talked to Debra and I know the goodie bags and the food alone will be well worth the price of the weekend.. Plus you will get a chance to score some free clothes since Sean is working so hard to set up the clothing exchange.. Please bring any clothes that you are not using so someone else may enjoy them..  Who knows you may end with a shirt worn by The Ramon.. LMAO.. I am just kidding so please keep the ****y, arrogant ******* comments quiet.. LOL.. 

But seriously.. This is going to be a great time of fellowship and learning.. Plus you know Yvonne will have her camera and you just might end up with some great pictures of yourself..  Who knows Eric may have a photo shoot for Jockey underwear there.. You know like the ones on his profile.. Yes, I am jealous.. I bow to the king..

Speaking of pictures.. I have a great idea on how to display your before and after pictures.. At Office depot you can get self lamintating plastics sheets in all sizes so you can preserve them.. Put the before pic on one side and the after on the other.. And if you feel like it they also sale lanyards so you can hang them around your neck.. 

I hope that you all aren't burned out on all the posts about the conference but I can honestly say that every conference I have gone to has left me feeling refreshed..  And if you are at a stand still in your weight loss this may be just what you need..
