Welcome back Lori!  My name is Steve and I had surgery in March.  Glad to see another poster.  About the only other person that posts is Kelly and she makes fun of me!  LOL.

I am ashamed to admit that I haven't had the time to check in here as I should.  I see some new names/faces - so that is all good.

I had RNY almost 3 years ago, and am doing well.  I became a grandma to a little baby girl in March, so that was very exciting for me.

I hope everyone is doin well!

Kelly, glad to see you are still here - I've been away too long.

Steph,

I would be happy to give you some to try.  I also live in West Fargo, so maybe I could drop some off sometime.

Kelly or Steve, I would be interested in trying some of the PB2. I have heard about it and peanut butter used to be a staple of mine, plus it has some of the good fats that we need. Let me know. Thanks.Steph

Good Idea.

Vii, I would be willing to bring some or Kelly can for you to try when we have our next support group meeting or next COFFEE CLUTCH.  It is the stuff you have been hearing about.  The minimum order is 4 jars so I have enough to get me into the next century, so I too would be willing to share.

OK Kelly, if you could have read my mind, you would have know I was ordering.  LOL.  Have a great weekend.

I have 2 jars in the pantry. I don't use it and I think they are still un-opened. Had I known you were going to order any Steve, I would of handed these off to you. Maybe I will bring these to one of the support group meetings, Maybe one to each group. Something to think about.

Yeah, it took me a while to get to the Swanson capsules, but it'll come in time.  Give it a couple months, you should be able to do the capsules again.

Good luck with the tablets!

Is that the powder one I have heard other posters talking about?  Sounds interesting...where did you order it from?

Just got my order of PB2.  I was not expecting much but I was suprised.  The taste and consistency were ok.  If you compare the 45 cals as to 190 for regular pb, the protein content is mcuh more realistic.

i hope it gets easier too Vii. Maybe in a couple of months you can go back to capsules. good for you hanging tough.

I know my doctor said that if people are vomiting frequently B1 deficiencies are a concern so I think it is great your doctor has you on the B complex from the get go. I think the big guns recommend it too!

hang in there
