New update on Shauna

Just talked to Shauna and they have decided that Mr. Morphine and her will have to part ways.  Dr. Cook wants to change her to Lortab Elixir this morning because Mr. M is making her so crazy... He thinks that some of her dizziness and headache is due to the meds.  And she pased the barium swallow test, so they will start her on some clear liquids.

Unfortunately, she didn't sleep well last night and I wish I had stayed.  I thought I had her all tucked in when I left.

She is anxious to see her children this afternoon.  And I will go back in a little while to give Allen a break.

But all in all, I think she is doing remarkably well and her new metamorphosis is beginning.  The plan is for her to go home tomorrow and then she can start her real recovery.

Im glad that Shauna sounds like she is doing well and is on her way for a great recovery.  Im sorry she wasnt feeling well last night but it is good the doctors had her pain management under control.  I will keep her in my prayers.

Its good to hear Shauna is doing well and has passed the barium swallow test milestone. She is well on her way and the dizziness will soon subside I am sure. Thanks Sheila for making sure we all get the 411 and give her a hug from me!
