Guess what guys, I am finally in Onederland! Thought this day would never come. Start of pre op diet 278, day of surgery 261, today, one year and 8mos later 198lbs. total loss 80 lbs. Next goal weight 175, 23lbs to go. When I get to 175 I'll set some new goals.
