6 month bloodwork
I can't believe it but I just had my six month blood work and it was good. I honestly thought my calcium was going to be low because I have only been taking the calcium a couple times a week. I am taking optisource vitamins from Walgreens. I take 4 to 6 a day. The only thing in my bloodwork that wasn't "normal" was B1. It was a few points high. I'm happy!
Today i went to get me a new pair of jeans for a "family" picture. I came home with size 12 jeans. I love it!!!

Congratulations on your good labs and I hope that you'll find a way to take your supplements more consistently. It's something that we all need to work on ... At least, I know I do.
Wishing you continued success,

Was the calcium checked with a PTH and D, or simply with a blood serum calcium?
If it was the blood serum calcium, you should note that only those who are *very* ill have a change in that number. Blood serum calcium is kept at a very constant range due to it's importance in cardiac function. The body will steal calcium from your bones in order to make up for any deficits, rendering this number useless.
But if your PTH was low and your D was high, then I'm gonna say "good for you!"
