Been up early walking the babies.
Then made a to die for chocolate mousse made with splenda OMG I have a demo to do today plus FL is having thier thanksgiving dinner and I am bringing the mousse which I have put about a teaspoon in mini pastry cups.
I admit I ate one so instead of 30 mini pastry cups there is 29 LOL

Hope to get 45 min on the treadmill before work.

Shauna be sure to check your real mail today and know you are in my heart and thoughts.

This weekend we may be buying a HDTV Lee is off Saturday and Sunday it is very rare that he has whole weekends off.

Oh its a goodie alright.
I think it makes me dump if I have too many teaspoonfuls.
I have been using semisweet chocolate but noticed there is now a unsweetend bakers chocolate which I am going to try also.

Chocolate Mousse

4oz bittersweet chocolate
1/4 heavy cream
1/2 cup splenda
4 eggs seperated
pinch of salt

melt chocolate in microwave according to package directions
add cream and mix.
Add Splenda slowly to mixture.
Add egg yolks one at a time.
Beat whites with added salt to stiff peaks.
Fold whites into chocolate mixture.
Set in bowl to chill.

YES!!!  It's the real deal!!! So many of these recipes are not...

Did you know that Hershey's makes a sugar free semisweet chocolate morsel?  If you use the baker's chocolate (YUM!) you will probably need to increase the Splenda.

Thank you SO much!  I will definitely be making this!

I was wondering where you were!  Last I knew there were the door people, then Poof! You disappeared. I am sure glad they returned you! LOL.  You will love the HDTV, especially if you play your Wii on it!

I went to my Thanksgiving dinner yesterday for lunch, and OMG, the amount of food even the skinny people had on their plate, LOL, and they were saying, "I know I shouldn't eat this, " and " I'm SO full but I can't stop eating".  They don't want to see me if I didn't stop, lol.  It felt so good to finally be on this end of the food chain, LOL, I think I just made a funny! hehehe.

Have a super day girlie!
