Update on Lori

I hope she didn't have an official angel?  I just received this email and wanted to share it with you:

"This is Lori's dad, Tom - Lori's surgery went fine . . . No problems.  Currently in 'recovery'; will be there 'til about 3:30/4:00.  When I find out her room number I'll let you know.  Probably home on Thursday."

I know everyone is thinking about her today...such great news!

I am Lori's angel.  I still have not heard from Tom.  He was supposed to call me as soon as she got out, but not yet.  I finally gave up and called the hospital (before I came online)  and spoke to her.  She sounds great.  Said that the surgery went better that expected and she was not in any pain, just a tad bit of nausea and they were giving her something for that.  Glad you posted earlier.

Oh, Vera, that is great that you got to talk with her today and that she is doing so well!  Lori is such a sweetheart.  I hope she is up walking and gets to go home soon.
