Maybe we'll have to do a scrapbooking retreat ... seems to be a lot of us that like to do that.

This past weekend I finally started putting together a before and after album. I'm struggling so with my depression that it's not very inspired, but I'm trying to 'just do it' anyway ... I guess I can rework it later when I'm doing better.

I wish that I was bilingual ... what a wonderful thing... Is your daughter bilingual too?

I may see if I can do that ... I have been thinking about scheduling something at Archivers ... but that might have to wait until after the holidays... I'll look into to it though because it appears that there are a lot of us that enjoy scrapbooking.

OK I think I can handle this

1.  I have licenses in both hairdressing and nursing assistant

2.  I won many awards for playing the flute as a teen

3.  I only dated my husband for 3 weeks when he convinced me that I couldn't live without him.  ( I still have him 15 years later I guess he was right lol )

Ok Ok Ok...  I can do this...  Only 3 things...  hmmmmm

1.  During my College days I was a music major with an emphasis on voice, I carried a full load of classes, was always in musicals and worked a part time job also.  I don't know how I did it all!!!  Sleep, what is sleep?  But I LOVED it!  I also did a couple vocals for commercials.

2.  I was born here in Jacksonville but grew up in San Diego (30 years there), when I was 16 my family and I came back to Jville for summer vacation, my Uncle Bob taught me how to shoot a muzzle loader and won 1st place in the turkey shoot - I had to fight for my rights to shoot even though I was a "girl" and "girls" didn't shoot.  I still have the trophy, but haven't shot another muzzle loader since.

3.  I'm a 911 dispatcher now but have worked for other Police Departments (14 years total now) where I had to gun qualify every 6 months (even though I didn't carry a gun)...  My favorite division to work in was doing background checks and assisting the detectives on cases.  boy oh boy!

Ok, tag... who's next?

Great Idea!!

1. I have a BA in History from NCSU but somehow I ended up in the accounting field.  I am the auditor for the Veterinary Teaching Hospital at the College of Vet Med

2. Thanks to my five year old daughter, I am an expert on the Barbie Movies.  Bet you didn't know that there are tons of Barbie movies... unfortunately, I know all of them :-)

3. Our cat's name is Kaylee Princess Ballerina.  Bet you can't guess if it was me or the five year old who named her :-)

Ok....this is fun and I am amazed at what vibrant lives everyone has and how much I am learning about my OH buds here!

1. I was born in Paris but have no recognition of it.

2. I served on a welcoming crew when Ronald Regan was coming to Fayetteville when I was about 16 and he was running for President in the late 70's, early 80's and actually got to meet him. I am bad with dates...lol.

3. I am half Italian (Sicilian) and don't look like it hehe....seriously my mom (100 % Sicilian) was blonde headed and looked like the milkman's baby but I know wasn't.....my grandparents were old school and were chaperoned while they courted. Heard they managed to sneak a kiss one time when my great grandmother turned her head. Believe it or not my grandparents were 1st cousins and managed to marry..... he had seen her pic before he immigrated and was determined apparently. Sounds bad but I hear it happened sometimes back then.

Yeah ... I knew, I was just kidding you. I'm glad you are hanging in there.

Make some plans to take care of you as thanksgiving approaches ... try to schedule something different than what you have done in the past because it WILL be different this year... for so many reasons.

Love,
