I am pure mongrel in the DNA department. French, German, English, Native American(western Cherokee) and most likely many milkmen and postmen.
I play several instruments and some of them even sound like they are supposed to.
I did alot of Photography years ago and worked as a crime scene photographer for our local police dept way back in the day.
I have been riding motorcycles off and on for thirty years and still love the feel of the wind in January.
I still have blue eyes but my wife will swear I am so full of it they should be brown.
I tell really bad jokes too..
Like you... I am mutt... I probably would have a shorter list of what's not in my 'pedigree' than what is.
I always wanted to play an instrument, but that's not to be
My brother was killed on a motorcycle over 20 years ago and I have yet to get on one... but my other brothers and sons all ride.

I once saved someone's life at the risk of my own and I did it reflexively (I've never said that out loud or to anyone because it's just so "braggy") - - it is a handful of seconds that I remember so clearly and am still in awe of my being able to do it. That thing about emergency reserves of adrenaline is absolutely true.
I too love to ride motorcycles and I'm on my third, though it is also my smallest. I hope to be able to afford something more suitable for a couple weeks or more on the road comfortably. I have held positions in my state motorcyclist's rights organization and I sit on the board of a national motorcyclist's rights organization. There is not much that I'd rather do than get on my bike and disappear for a number of days, alone. . . . . and I do it, too.
