Hi Everyone.  Just stopping in to say hello. I haven't posted in a long time. Things are going great on my end. I have lost 80 pounds so far. (I can't get my signature to update) I never hit a stall until now. I'm not complaining. I honestly haven't had time to exercise in the last three weeks with everything going on at this end. I am going to school part time, working full time, and trying to get my husband packed to be deployed. When he leaves I'll have more time to exercise. I just had my bloodwork done. I don't have the results yet. The only complication I am having is vertigo. I told the nutritionist about last visit and she didn't seem concerned. She said that blood work will show them if something is wrong.  I feel great other than that. I am wearing a size 12 (some 14 depending on size) and loving it.  The comments I get are nice.  I'm going to my first military ball on November 22nd. I haven't got a dress yet but hope to find one soon. Hope everyone is doing great!

Gretchen,

I am SO glad to see your post and hear an update from you!  Your weight loss is going super so don't let that stall get you down!  :)  It's a bummer that they have to happen, but it will all break loose again soon.

The vertigo is no fun, that's for sure.  That's one of the symptoms I have with my allergies ever since just 3 years ago.  It about knocks me on my bootie every mid-April for awhile and then again around the time the leaves change and fall unless I take Claritin.  Perhaps the changing of the leaves isn't what has triggered yours?  If your blood work doesn't show anything, you might want to give that a thought, especially if it clears up soon and then starts back up around this time next year.

Have a great time at the ball!  I hope your hubby stays safe and returns home to you very soon.

Whoo-hoo - 80 pounds !  Gretchen that is great !  Congratulations!

Good to see you posting !  It is hard to get in the exercise and all the right stuff, isn't it?  But no one says this has to be a perfect journey - just the best that you can do.  And everyone's best is different.

Will keep hubby in our thoughts and prayers.  Have a wonderful time at the Ball.  Please post some pictures of you and your handsome man.

Have a great weekend !  Find that perfect ball gown !

Hey Sweetie,

It's great to hear from you and I'm delighted that you are doing so very well. Don't worry too much about the stall. Stay with the program and make sure that you make some time to move ... you'll be fine.

Please take a photo of yourself all gussied up for the upcoming military ball... We'd love to see the new you unfolding.

Wishing you continued success,

Barbara
