Upper GI

I am having an upper GI Friday morning to check out my pouch. I called the Doctors office today I am having a hard time getting my protein and water in and I also have no energy what so ever. I think I got in 8 oz of water yesterday. The nurse called back and the surgeon wants to take a look and make sure the pouch looks ok and then we will go from there.

I hope its okay Jeff or that whatever they do find is easily fixed. You have to get that protein and water in.

 I hope everything turns out to be fine. I had a lot of problems getting my fluids in as well. I also went through the whole lack of energy thing. My fluid problem went away after ....about the 5th week I think?

I'm sorry to hear that you are struggling, but kudos to you for realizing that things weren't 'right' and calling your Dr. for support. Only getting in 8 ounces of fluid in one day can cause problems with dehydration quickly.
