My surgery is first that day!
Hey Shauna!
Great news! You're lucky to even know this early when you surgery will be! Anyone here who had surgery (any surgery not just WLS) at Pitt Memorial in Greenville will tell you the way they schedule is CRAZY. They give you a phone number and tell you to call the DAY BEFORE, yeah ONE DAY before in the AFTERNOON and they will tell you what time your surgery is. Not alot of time for preplanning huh? Mine was scheduled at 11AM, I had to be there at 8AM and I didn't have surgery until a little after 1PM! Talk about nerves, plus I was hungry and thirsty, no food or drink after midnight remember?
Anyway, I of course, wish you the best and am thrilled that you are able to know this far in advance how things have been laid out.
I hope you're feeling better
Jason

Glad to hear you're feeling better! My whole family has had allergy issues this past week also. My son is really suffering, I guess it's the season. I'm the same way about sleeping the night before a big event. I didn't sleep hardly at all every night last week because I was afraid I'd oversleep and be late for classes! Don't worry, you'll get PLENTY of sleep later on that day!!
Take care
You favorite dairy treat (Hee,hee)
And I am glad you didn't have to do the upper GI. It wasn't horrible, but why do it when it is not necessary???
Got the loser's bench ready for you !
Hugs !
