I just got my first results report from Viquest for my exercise program...  this is so cool...  thought I'd share.

How very, very cool.  Can you imainge...you've lifted 10.1 African Elephants?!  Doesn't seem right that that's only burned off 11.8 Ice Cream Sundaes!  lol

I work out on several weight machines for both upper body and lower body along with one that works abs, kinda like doing crunches.  I really like working out on these machines.  I can also log cardio that I do at home online.  It's a great system called FitLinx.

That's a cool program Alice!

I have to agree with Shauna though...it doesn't seem fair that lifting an elephant is essentially equal to calories in an ice cream sundae!  Go**** doesn't even have nuts on it!  :)  Oh well, I guess it helps to make you realize that sundae is just not worth it - not for lifing an elephant!  Sheesh!
