Progress report on fitness program...
I work out on several weight machines for both upper body and lower body along with one that works abs, kinda like doing crunches. I really like working out on these machines. I can also log cardio that I do at home online. It's a great system called FitLinx.

That's a cool program Alice!
I have to agree with Shauna though...it doesn't seem fair that lifting an elephant is essentially equal to calories in an ice cream sundae! Go**** doesn't even have nuts on it! :) Oh well, I guess it helps to make you realize that sundae is just not worth it - not for lifing an elephant! Sheesh!
